 Health Guarantee

We guarantee that at time of purchase of the bird(s)  are in good health. The BUYER is encouraged to have the bird(s) examined by an avian veterinarian of his/her choice within 72 hours of first possession. If during this 72-hour period the bird(s) are found to have a condition that affects their health or well-being as determined by the examining veterinarian*, Feathers N Flight Aviary,  agrees to either 1) refund to the BUYER the purchase price, or 2) replace the bird(s) with bird(s) of the same species, sex (if known), and age, or 3) replace the bird(s) with bird(s) of equal value if so agreed by BUYER. A full report of any findings including all lab results must be forwarded to our veterinarian. All paperwork must identify the birds by their band numbers, revealing them to be birds which are actually from our aviary..
